The dental plan small print.

Dental cover is administered by station house dental care and is part of your dental plan.

Dental Cover during the week

Our emergency appointment fee is usually £37.00.

However patients who have joined our Essentials or Full Care plan will have nothing to pay for each emergency appointment.

Dental Cover at weekends

Please call 07891 354885

This number is carried by the local emergency dentist and will be accessible at weekends. Should your call direct to a voicemail please leave a message and the emergency dentist on call, will call you back. The on call dentist will ask you some questions and if suitable, invite you to a local dental surgery for treatment.

As a dental plan patient you are covered for emergency weekend treatment. Once you have completed the treatment with the on call dentist please obtain a receipt for the work carried out. 

Once you are feeling better please visit Station House dental care, we will assist you to complete a claim form and we will re-imburse you for your treatment (*limits apply).

The conditions for this treatment are as follows:

  • Strictly emergency treatment only 
  • Up to 3 emergency claims per year
  • A limit of £250.00 per claim (any additional costs are not covered under your dental plan) 
  • A receipt must be present for a claim to be valid

Dental cover away from home

Should you have a dental emergency whilst you are away from the home but in the UK you are also covered for dental emergencies. You must be over 40 miles away from the practice.

The conditions for this treatment are as follows:

  • Strictly emergency treatment only 
  • Up to 3 emergency claims per year
  • A limit of £250.00 per claim (any additional costs are not covered under your dental plan) 
  • A receipt must be present for a claim to be valid

Dental cover whilst abroad

Should you require emergency treatment whilst abroad please seek out a reputable local dentist. Your hotel, holiday representative or hosts may also be able to provide contact details for a dentist in the area. As a dental plan patient your are covered for emergency treatment whist you are abroad.

The conditions for this treatment are as follows:

  • Strictly emergency treatment only 
  • Up to 3 emergency claims per year
  • A limit of £250.00 per claim (any additional costs are not covered under your dental plan) 
  • A receipt must be present for a claim to be valid

A few other conditions to note

  • Any previous policies with station house dental care or our previous plan provider are not valid
  • Any other insurance policy you may have is completely separate and cannot be used in conjunction with our dental cover to make a claim with Station House Dental Care 
  • Emergency claims must be made within 3 months of a dental emergency/injury
  • All claims are assessed individually and are not guaranteed to be covered 
  • Any non emergency dental work carried out by another dentist (abroad, or not at Station House Dental Care) is not included in your dental cover plan
  • The dental cover does not constitute as insurance. It is emergency dental cover provided by Station House Dental Care
  • Refunds are usually processed and paid within 7 working days of receiving the claim form 
  • There is a maximum claim limit of £750.00 per year
  • Should you cancel your monthly dental plan, your dental cover will also cease immediately
