Refund Policy


This policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for dental services provided by Station House . We aim to ensure transparency and fairness while maintaining high-quality patient care.

General Policy

  • All services rendered are considered final; however, we understand that exceptional circumstances may warrant a refund.

  •  Requests for refunds must be made in writing and submitted in email to teeth@stationhousebarnoldswick.com within 7 days of the service date.

Refund Criteria

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

  1. Overpayment: If a patient has been overcharged for services, a full refund of the excess amount will be processed.

  2. Dissatisfaction with Service: If a patient is unsatisfied with the result of a dental procedure, they should contact our office to discuss their concerns. Depending on the situation, a partial or full refund may be considered at the discretion of the practice.

Non-Refundable Services

Certain services may be non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  1. Cosmetic Procedures:Services that require customization (e.g., veneers, whitening) are non-refundable once completed.

  2. Missed Appointments: No refunds will be issued for missed or cancelled appointments without 24-48 hours notice.

Processing Refunds

  1. - Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 28 business days.

  2. - Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

Changes to Policy

station house reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Patients will be notified of any changes through  email/website.
